Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Quantum Data Science LTDA handles personal data related to the websites above and to the contact channels we publish on them. It is written under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and also describes the rights available to visitors from other jurisdictions.

2. What the websites collect

The websites are static pages. They have no contact forms, no user accounts, no analytics tools, no advertising pixels and set no cookies of our own. We do not track visitors across sites.

Our hosting provider records technical data that any web server processes to deliver pages and protect the service: IP address, browser and device identifiers sent by the browser (user agent), the pages requested, timestamps and error information. We use this data only for security, performance and troubleshooting. We do not link it to named individuals.

3. Data you send us

If you contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we receive the data you choose to share: your name, e-mail address, phone number, organization, the content of your message and any attachments. Please do not send clinical records, genomic data or other sensitive information at this stage; when a project requires such data, we agree the handling rules in writing before any transfer.

We use a small number of providers, all of which process data under their own security and privacy commitments:

These providers may process data outside Brazil. Such transfers rely on the mechanisms permitted by article 33 of the LGPD, including the providers' standard contractual clauses and data-protection commitments. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Under article 18 of the LGPD you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, to access it, to correct incomplete or outdated data, to anonymize, block or delete unnecessary or excessive data, to receive it in a portable format, to be informed about the entities with which we shared it, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have equivalent rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any right, write to jmuzzi@quantumds.tech. We reply within 15 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or with the supervisory authority of your country.

8. Security

The websites are served only over HTTPS. Access to e-mail and project files is restricted and protected by strong authentication. When a project involves confidential or sensitive data, additional safeguards are defined in the project agreement.

9. Changes

We will update this notice if our practices change, for example if we add a contact form or an analytics tool. The date at the top indicates the current version.
